Garden Soft
This project was about shaping a light-filled urban residence where open living, kitchen, bedrooms, and a garden extension share one soft neutral language. A skylight, herringbone oak, and a brick rear facade open daily life from the marble island to the outdoor deck — calm, contemporary, and ready for real use.
The challenge was to keep an urban home coherent across skylight open-plan, soft bedrooms, a sandstone spa shower, and a garden extension — without letting the outdoor brick and deck break the interior calm. Neutrals, marble, and herringbone had to read as one domestic system from island to garden.
The brief was clear: a soft contemporary residence with skylight living, warm bedrooms, and a garden that extends the open plan outdoors — luxury without hardness.
Our approach started with daylight: skylight over the open plan, island as social core, dining as the formal pause, living as the soft landing toward the garden doors. We aligned herringbone floors, handleless cream cabinetry, and marble surfaces so kitchen, dining, and living share one quiet reading.
From there we tuned intimacy and outdoor connection — boiserie bedrooms with warm accents, a sandstone walk-in shower with bronze fixtures, and a brick extension with deck, lawn, and gravel that pulls the interior out without noise. Light, soft materials, and garden greenery hold one residential atmosphere.

The outcome is a coherent soft residence: clearer open-plan flow under the skylight, a working kitchen that opens to the garden, and bedrooms that stay calm without breaking the palette. Bath and outdoor deck complete the daily ritual.
Clients gain a high-end urban home that photographs cleanly and performs daily — from morning light on the island to evening on the garden deck. The space reads contemporary, soft, and ready for long-term living across LU and NL contexts.
